AT BEVERLY HILLS LOCATION APPOINTMENT POLICY 

 

Cancellation Policy -  Appointments

We understand that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment, due to a seemingly reserved position. Therefore, cancellations made with less than a 4 hour notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged a $50 fee to the held credit card on file in accordance to the cancellation policy.

Reschedules and Late Arrivals

We aim to accommodate all rescheduling requests from our clients. However, the care team requires sufficient notice of any and all appointments needing to be rescheduled in a timely manner. All rescheduling requests should be made no less than 4 hours prior to the original scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made outside of that time period will be charged a $25 late rescheduling fee to the held credit card on file. 

We understand that delays may occur. However, we must try to keep clients from delaying subsequent appointments and keep services on time. Therefore, clients who arrive more than 30 minutes after their scheduled time, will be charged a $25 late fee and may have to reschedule their appointment. 

 


CONCIERGE APPOINTMENT POLICY

 

Cancellation Policy / Rescheduling - Concierge Service & Special Events

We understand that that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment, due to a seemingly reserved position. Therefore, concierge cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than a 4 hour notice will be charged a $75 cancellation/reschedule fee to the held credit card on file in accordance to the cancellation policy. 

 

Late/No-Show Policy - Concierge Service & Special Events

If a nurse has already been dispatched to the clients location or if the client is not present at the given address within 30 minutes of the nurses arrival, the client will be charged a $125 late/no-show fee to the held card on file, in addition to any services rendered.
