CAncellation policy

Cancellation Policy / Rescheduling - On-Demand Service & Special Events

We understand that that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment, due to a seemingly reserved position. Therefore, on-demand cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than a 2 hour notice will be charged a $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee to the held credit card on file in accordance to the cancellation policy.

Late/No-Show Policy - On-Demand Service & Special Events

We understand that delays may occur. However, we must try to keep clients from delaying subsequent appointments and keep services on time. If a nurse has already been dispatched to the clients location or if the client is not present at the given address within 15 minutes of the nurses arrival, the client will be charged a $25 late fee to the held card on file, in addition to any services rendered. After 30 minutes, the client will be charged a $50 (total) no-show fee and will have to reschedule their appointment within 7 days.
